No, I didn’t forget about my blog
December 4, 2005 – 11:15 amI have been busy. Business is good for NetData. We got slammed this past week. We almost had more work to do than there was time to do it in. I was on a roll too. We had four Windows XP machines and a Windows 2003 Server to build and roll out to a client on Wednesday. Monday nobody had time to get them built, so on Tuesday they had to be done. I started them at 2:00PM and by 4:30PM they were done. Completely assembled from boxes of parts, OS installed and ready to go. Thank you Norton Ghost!
Finals are fast approaching and I have more Biology homework than I may be able to handle. Luckily it doesn’t account for too much of my grade (30% I think). I’m doing well in math and American Government. I’m doing ok in Intro to Programming Concepts and Logic. I’d probably be doing excellent in it if I didn’t think the course material and instructor were full of shit; alas it is required to move on to any other programming course at OWC.
My car started spewing think blanketing clouds of white smoke on Friday afternoon. I’m almost certain that the head gasket gave out. I’m going to get a rental car for the week and put the 240sx in the shop. I’ll most likely have a few other things repaired on it while it’s there. The brakes need work and the main oil seals are shot. I don’t want to sink too much money into it though since I plan on buying a new car ASAP.
